小雨：大卫，今天我们去长城！David, today we're going to the Great Wall!

大卫：长城？我知道，中文课文第十页！长城长不长？The Great Wall? I know it — page ten of my Chinese textbook! Is it long?

小雨：非常长！我们先坐车，然后爬长城。Extremely long! First we take a bus, then we climb the Wall.

大卫：爬长城？我很高，还常常跑步。爬长城很容易！Climb the Great Wall? I'm tall, and I run a lot. Climbing it will be easy!

小雨：好。那我们看看谁先到！OK. Then let's see who gets to the top first!

大卫：这个地方人真多！There are so many people here!

小雨：长城是很有名的地方。现在放假，大家都想来。The Great Wall is a very famous place. It's the holidays, so everyone wants to come.

大卫：放假真好！没有课文，没有考试！Holidays are great! No lesson texts, no exams!
