The story

李医生：包子，又是你！这次有什么问题？Baozi, you again! What's the problem this time?

小雨：李医生，其实没什么问题……Dr. Li, actually, there's no real problem...

大卫：有问题！问题就是他太胖了！There is a problem! The problem is, he's way too fat!

李医生：我看看。……十二。嗯，我发现了一个大问题。Let me see. ...Twelve. Hmm, I've found a big problem.

李医生：包子，你看哪儿呢？看我！Baozi, where are you looking? Look at me!
