The story

小雨：大卫，有人来了！你去开门吧。David, someone's here! Go get the door.

大卫：啊，是房东！您好！请进，请进。Oh, it's the landlady! Hello! Come in, come in.

房东：你们好！哎哟，包子又胖了。Hello, you two! Oh my, Baozi's gotten fatter again.

小雨：您今天怎么来了？房子有什么问题吗？What brings you here today? Is something wrong with the flat?

房东：房子没问题。我有一件事要告诉你们。The flat's fine. I have something to tell you.

房东：我老了，想去上海跟我儿子一起住。I'm getting old. I want to go and live with my son in Shanghai.

大卫：上海？我们刚去过！又国际又现代。Shanghai? We were just there! So international, so modern.

小雨：可是我在上海没找到海。But I never found the sea in Shanghai.
