The story

张经理：机器人项目很忙。你们部门需要一个人才。The robot project is busy. Your department needs a talented person.

大卫：什么样的人才？What kind of talent?

张经理：会带领工厂工人的人才。下午，我派三个人来面试。Someone who can lead the factory workers. This afternoon, I'll send three people over for interviews.

张经理：你们看看，谁合格。See which of them is up to the job.

大卫：以前，张经理面试我。现在，我面试别人！Manager Zhang used to interview me. Now I'm the one interviewing!

小林：组长，你那次面试，是包子帮你的。Team leader, in your interview, Baozi was the one who got you the job.
