The story

张经理：今天，我们开一个总结会议。Today we're holding a review meeting.

张经理：首先，我要对你们的项目做一个评价。First, I'm going to give my assessment of your project.

大卫：张经理的评价……恐怕是批评。Manager Zhang's assessment... I'm afraid it'll be criticism.

张经理：先说批评。你们的项目晚了一个月。Criticism first. Your project is a month late.

张经理：你们用的钱，比制定的预算多了很多。You've spent a lot more money than the budget you drew up.

张经理：工厂生产的一百个机器人，一个也不动。The factory produced a hundred robots, and not one of them moved.

张经理：一个机器人跑到楼下买包子。组长穿短裤谈判。One robot ran downstairs to buy buns. The team leader negotiated in shorts.

大卫：那不是短裤……They weren't shorts...
