钱律师：今天说法律。对于法律来说，他是一只猫。Today we talk about the law. As far as the law is concerned, he's a cat.

钱律师：猫不是公民。公民有身份证。A cat isn't a citizen. Citizens have ID cards.

乐乐：汤圆一岁，她有身份证。Tangyuan's one, and she's got an ID card.

钱律师：对。她是公民，有身份，也有她的权利。Correct. She's a citizen. She has an identity, and she has her rights.

乐乐：包子九岁了，他没有身份证？Baozi's nine, and he hasn't got an ID card?

钱律师：没有身份证，没有身份，也没有权利。No ID card, no identity, and no rights.

大卫：什么权利都没有？追求幸福的权利呢？吃包子的权利呢？No rights at all? What about the right to pursue happiness? What about the right to eat buns?

钱律师：也没有。No, not that either.
